Terms of service agreement
Please read the following terms very carefully before completing your registration. All terms and conditions established in this agreement are accepted at the time you register your account. FinancialFreedomAds reserves the right to update this agreement without prior notification to its members. When changes are made to the Terms of Service, a notification will be provided via email. Any use of FinancialFreedomAds after the notification is posted establishes your agreement with the Terms of Service. If at any point you do not agree with the Terms of Service, you must request to have your FinancialFreedomAds account deleted. User Account Policy You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or your account(s) WILL be terminated. If you have forgotten your user information, you can use the "forgot password" form on the login page to request it. You may refer other people in your household but only ONE member PER computer/IP Address is permited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same IP address, all accounts will be terminated without notice and any and all earnings and or referrals will be lost. You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join FinancialFreedomAds with you as the sponsor but you will only earn referral income from those that you DIRECTLY refer. You must have a valid e-mail address to register with our program. All e-mail addresses are verified and the system will not let you gain access to the members' area without validation of your e-mail address. All accounts that are not validated within 3 days are removed. Any accounts that are determined to be inactive for a period longer than 30 days will have their account deleted. Report any suspected theft of your account and make sure to use a password and secret question and answer that is entirely unique to FinancialFreedomAds. Member Payments FinancialFreedomAds members accrue earnings that are derived from the advertising revenue FinancialFreedomAds generates. Users are paid within 15-30 days of making a withdraw request. Members will be able to request a withdraw once their earnings are $10.00 or more. The current payment method is Paypal and AlertPay only. Each user is responsible for verifying that all address and payment information is correct. If a AlertPay or Paypal payment is unable to be successfully delivered, the member will be notified and given the option to correct the information. The payment will then be processed again. Payouts are not, under any circumstances, considered owed to you until you reach the minimum payment level. All accounts requesting payment will be thoroughly audited for cheating and/or deceptive actions. Members Relationship to FinancialFreedomAds Nothing is expressed or implied that creates any type of employment relationship between the general members or advertisers and FinancialFreedomAds. You are not partners, employees, or sales representatives for FinancialFreedomAds. Members have no legal authority to conduct business, solicit offers, or otherwise represent themselves as a partner or employee of FinancialFreedomAds. Taxes All members are responsible for their own taxes. FinancialFreedomAds Products and Services Statement It is the responsibility of each individual to thoroughly research and evaluate any potential purchase of products and services offered within the FinancialFreedomAds web site. This includes, but is not limited to, purchases such as: Premium Memberships, Referral Packages, Advertising, or any other products and services that FinancialFreedomAds may offer now or in the future. You accept full responsibility and liability for any and all purchases made, and any subsequent risk or loss associated with your purchase. All purchases on FinancialFreedomAds are to be considered final and will be non-refundable. FinancialFreedomAds staff will be available to assist with any questions or problems relating to any FinancialFreedomAds product or service and may be contacted at any time. FinancialFreedomAds makes absolutely no guarantee, expressed or implied, in reference to your earning potential resulting from any upgrades, products, or services of any kind purchased from FinancialFreedomAds. None of the products or services offered on FinancialFreedomAds is to be considered securities, stocks, bonds or investment products of any kind. The completion of any purchase constitutes your complete agreement with the FinancialFreedomAds Products and Services Statement. Termination of Account We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. The reasons include, but are not limited to: fraud, system abuse, hacking, hate speech, slander, or any other actions found unsuitable by FinancialFreedomAds. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are found to be promoting, offering or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to "auto-click", "auto-surf", "ad-alert", or circumvent or defraud the FinancialFreedomAds system in any way, your account will be terminated immediately. Legal action may also be initiated. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Any account not accessed for a period of 90 days shall be considered abandoned and therefore closed. This is necessary due to our weekly stats emails. The procedure prevents SPAM complaints from customers who have forgotten their accounts, and, reduces load on our mail servers. All referrals that are linked to the said abandoned account will be lost, in addition, all earnings that have accrued will be forfeited. FinancialFreedomAds Non-Commitment and Limited Liability Statement FinancialFreedomAds will not be held liable for failed business opportunities, lost monies, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to FinancialFreedomAds or this user agreement. All provisions of this section survive termination or expiration of the Terms of Service. FinancialFreedomAds has no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to member accounts or products or services advertised on FinancialFreedomAds. Third party links are viewed at your own risk. FinancialFreedomAds does not express nor guarantee any commitment toward any members, past or present. At any time, at the discretion of FinancialFreedomAds, with or without notice, the program may become unavailable to any or all members. If such termination of the program occurs, FinancialFreedomAds will remain without commitment to members, past or present, of the FinancialFreedomAds program. Additionally there is no representation that the operation of FinancialFreedomAds will be without errors or downtime, and we are not liable for consequences of interruptions or errors in the sites performance. Spam Policy Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join FinancialFreedomAds without any prior contact with you is against our policy. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete your account. Spamming is a violation of the law, and you may be prosecuted for verified spam incidents. Furthermore, using the FinancialFreedomAds messaging program to send unsolicited mail or e-mail that is not considered FinancialFreedomAds related, will result in the termination of your account. Newsletters You agree to receive a required weekly mailing from FinancialFreedomAds via e-mail as part of your membership. This mailing will consist of weekly news and updates as well as third party ads. Advertising Policy All advertisements must be inspected and approved by FinancialFreedomAds staff. Prohibited advertisements include sites that contain: pornography or sexual content, malicious script or code, viruses, discriminatory or hate-based websites, illegal drugs or pharmaceuticals, or anything found to be illegal in any form. Advertising that is approved should remain unchanged during the course of the active ad campaign. Ads may be disapproved at the discretion of FinancialFreedomAds staff. Indemnity You will indemnify and hold harmless FinancialFreedomAds, its parents, affiliates, customers, vendors, officers and employees from any liability, damage or cost (including reasonable attorneys fees and cost) from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to the Site, use of the Services, or violation of the Terms of Services by you. FinancialFreedomAds may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law. This Terms of Service agreement is a valid legal agreement between the registering party and FinancialFreedomAds. By registering your account you agree that you are bound to all stipulations found in this agreement and that you have read and understood all terms and conditions listed. You assume all risks and liability arising from your activities conducted on FinancialFreedomAds.com.
